Picking at Petals on the Pike is safe, easy and fun!
- Our u-pick flower garden is located well off the rural road with plenty of green space for families to enjoy the serenity of the country.
- As you arrive, follow signs for parking.
- Check-in, sign our guest book, pick up a jar and clippers under the white tent.
- Enjoy the u-pick flower garden filled with 75+ unique varieties!
- Before you depart, we will transfer your fresh flowers from the large, glass jar to a cup that will fit conveniently in your car's cup holders.
- And don't forget to take some flower food.
- Enjoy your cut flowers for up to 2 weeks and your photos and memories which will last a lifetime!
Tips for picking
- Fill your jar with cut flowers! We want all of our u-pick guests to leave with as many flowers as they can transport.
- Take TONS of photos.
- Remove leaves from the stems. This is not only better for the life of the fresh blooms, but it also lets you fit more flowers in the jar. We want you to FILL your jar! A full jar is better in all those pictures you'll want to take.
- Pick long stems. This will help fit more flowers in your jar. You can always cut them shorter later.
- Remember all those photos you took? Post them and tag us! Share our page with friends!
- Boots are NOT needed in our u-pick flower garden which is surrounded by freshly mowed grass! You will never leave with mud on your shoes.
PRICING
$20 - large, quart sized jar's worth of fresh cut flowers
We provide you with a wide-mouthed, quart sized jar to fill as you stroll through the u-pick flower garden. Most people can fit ~30 fresh cut stems, plus filler in each container!
$75 - bucket's worth of fresh cut flowers
Perfect for DIY wedding flowers, event decorations or novice floral designers. We provide you with a 2-gallon bucket to fill and take with you!

The u-pick flower field is an amazing backdrop for photography of all sorts. The flowers, butterflies and sunsets put on a real show!
Guests are highly encouraged to take as many photographs as they like with the purchase of a u-pick. However, the field is also available to reserve for photography sessions. Contact us at petalsonthepike@gmail.com for more information.
TEAMBUILDING / GROUP OUTINGS (BY RESERVATION)
Picking flowers at Petals on the Pike is an amazing activity for persons of all ages. The experience is perfect for teams, youth groups, bridal parties, birthday parties, Scouts, families, and friends!! There is ample space for gathering, hosting meetings or just hanging out. The process is as simple as reserving the field/time slot for your event and showing up with your chairs/blankets. We can provide pop-up tents.
